Teacher as well Deaf Activist

Be frank with you ... I strongly believe each deaf person contacts her or his congressperson to propose the new law. DBC or NAD or other organizations makes a proposal to forbid to insert cochlear implant to any deaf person who is under 18 years old. When the new law becomes effective, then it would fobid to allow deaf babies to have cochlear implants.
