Eye-opening

I am studying this topic in my ASL class and this was really eye-opening. I am not necessarily pro-CI, but I can understand why some people might want one or want to get one for their child. For example, hearing parents, that don't know ASL, with a deaf child. I think that the parents should at least attempt to learn some sign, but consider the CI. However, I feel like the child should still be exposed to Deaf culture and understand what deafness is.
