Unique Fitness Tips for the Time-Impaired

Welcome to the new DrolzFit page!

I know, I know. We're going off in an entirely different direction here. But I'm putting this page up for several reasons.

One, I didn't want to put up the obligatory but boring About Me page on my website. Instead, I'd rather share one of my biggest passions. Yes, I'm a fitness freak.

Two, for a while there I had a successful fitness website that was known as Unique Fitness Tips. The whole premise of the website was to explore some unique exercise and fitness strategies that could be done in a very short amount of time. After all, not many people have the time to go to a gym on a consistent basis. So what I set out to do was find exercise programs that can fit around an insane schedule.

Ironically, while Unique Fitness Tips accomplished its goal of discovering time-saving workouts, I didn't have enough time to maintain the website itself. (If you've seen how long I go between posts on Drolz Uncensored, you know all too well what I mean.) So with much reluctance I shut it down. But fitness remains one of my biggest passions, and I'm not letting it go entirely. I'm bringing parts of Unique Fitness Tips over here and renaming it DrolzFit.

What you'll get here is the best of the best. There were about 20 unique programs and products on Unique Fitness Tips. They were there because they worked. But even then, keeping up with all of it was difficult (if your schedule is anything like mine, there simply isn't enough time). So I found myself drifting towards three key components. On DrolzFit, I'm going to focus almost exclusively on them. And they are:

1) Kettlebells. These things have been around since the 1700's. They're brutal, but they get right to the point. If you have just one kettlebell that's the right weight for you, you'll never need to set foot in a gym again. Ever.

2) Interval training. You can do intervals with just about anything - treadmills, exercise bikes, running outdoors, kettlebells, punching bags, swimming, and more. Doing intervals hacks off fat, improves lung function, strengthens your heart, and can be done in 10-12 minutes.

3) Diet and nutrition. What? This is common sense. No exercise program or product can get rid of those last 10 pounds if you don't watch what you eat. And watching what you eat doesn't have to be so hard.

That's it. Just those three. If any other topics of interest come up, I'll add them to this page, but for the most part we'll stick with Kettlebells, PACE, and nutrition. These three eliminate the but I just don't have enough time excuse that holds back too many of us. Check out the related links and enjoy! (NOTE: This page is still under construction. More links will be added very soon) If you try any of the above and it works for you, or if you have a fitness program of your own that you'd like to share, please do write about it in the space provided below!

Yours in health and fitness,

Drolz
