Deaf babies having the right to acquire ASL as their first language is really a basic and existential human right that to forbid babies with various hearing abilities from acquiring ASL is inhumane beyond belief! In other words, it's called COMMON SENSE that deaf babies acquire ASL as their first & natural language. May the force be with the DBC! |
