A (healthy) college student :)

by Sheila Maynard
(Rochester, NY)

I'm a college student. I am definately short on time but I made a commitment to being healthy. I schedule time for working out. It reduces stress and feels great! I do interval training and circuit training. I continually switch things up. I do it for two reasons: to keep things exciting and to work on different parts of the body. I lift weights about 2 to 3 times a week. It is a wonderful way to burn some extra calories continually. I also recommend joining a fitness class. I reccently started Turbo kick. It is tons of fun! Just keep on trying new things, and hopefully, you'll find something that you enjoy.

Hi Sheila,

You hit the nail on the head with a key component: Switching things up. It's one of the best ways to ensure continuous good results from your workouts. Enjoy the Turbo Kick class!
